Quilt Tours of
Las Vegas would like you to have the best experience possible
during your visit to Las Vegas and while you spend your day with
us. Here are some
things you need to know:
CANCELLATION
POLICY:
You may cancel your
reservation up to 24 hours prior to pick-up time and receive a
full refund. Confirmed
reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time
will be charged in full.
FOR YOUR
SAFETY AND COMFORT:

Smoking is not allowed in any
tour vehicle.

Animals are not allowed on a
tour

Children under the age of 14
are not allowed on a tour.
Adolescents age 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests may be refused service
if they appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
or display behavior that may pose a threat to the safety or
enjoyment of the other guests or tour personnel.

All guests must wear a seat
belt—anyone that refuses or cannot wear a seat belt will not
be allowed on a tour.
PICK-UP
LOCATIONS AND TIMES:
It is the guest’s responsibility to be at the correct
pick-up location at the confirmed time (see FAQ’s for more
information). We
cannot wait more than 10 minutes for a guest.
UNEXPECTED
CHANGES IN A TOUR:
From time to time, conditions beyond our control may result
in a delayed pick-up time, change
in itinerary or cancellation of a confirmed tour.
Every effort will be made to inform the guest of the
changes in a timely manner. In
the event of cancellation a full refund will be made.
If the tour is shortened, a partial refund will be made.

Tours of Las Vegas is regulated by the
Nevada Transportation Authority under CPCN #2124.
We are
registered with the Nevada Consumer Affairs Division of the
Department of Business and Industry.

tour operator is prohibited from charging a customer in Nevada for
a sightseeing tour an amount that exceeds the sum of:
(1) the total price advertised for the tour; and (2) any
fee or tax that is not included in the total price for the
sightseeing tour because its inclusion would violate a state or
federal statute or regulation.
