Join us for a bus trip to the exciting
ROAD TO CALIFORNIA Quilt Show

We will leave the valley on Friday at 7:00am after picking up in two locations (one north, one south) and arrive in Ontario, California by about 11:00am. The show is open until 6:00pm. You can spend the evening enjoying a leisurely dinner or enjoy one of the lectures or events offered by the quilt show. (See www.road2ca.com ("events and lectures"). The convention center and a couple restaurants are within one block of our accommodations.

The show opens again at 9:30 on Saturday.

We will drive out of Ontario Saturday afternoon at 3:00pm to arrive back in Las Vegas at approximately 7:30pm. One stop will be made along the way to stretch our legs and purchase a quick dinner

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Deposit of $25 with registration. (Full refund of deposit if written cancellation received on or before 12/1/08)
     
  • Balance due on December 1, 2008.
     
  • After December 1 until January 7, 2009, you may cancel with a 50% cancellation fee. The cancellation must be made in writing and received by us on or before January 7, 2009.
     
  • No refunds after January 7, but you may transfer your reservation to a friend. Any financial arrangements must be made between you and your friend. Please have them register and indicate in the comments area that they are taking over your seat on the tour.
     
  • Quilt Tours of Las Vegas reserves the privilege of canceling the tour if an insufficient number of registrations are received. Should Quilt Tours of Las Vegas need to cancel the tour; a full refund will be made within 5 days of notification.
